Visitor Berthing Agreement - Schedule 1

Casual visitors are required to complete a Visitor Berth registration form prior to berthing in Queenscliff Harbour. These details will be kept on file so that all you need do is call us to arrange a booking. Please ensure you provide a copy of your current certificate of currency showing public liability of a minimum of $10 million. This will be kept on file until its expiry

  • I certify that I have a minimum of $10 million public liability insurance for the above vessel and a current certificate of currency is attached below.
  • Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, gif, tif, tiff, png, doc, docx, pdf, rtf.
  • As the customer I acknowledge that I have completed this schedule to the best of my knowledge and have read and agree to be bound by the Queenscliff Harbour Pty Ltd Casual Berthing Terms and conditions and Harbour Rules, applicable at this date. Visitor Berth Terms & Conditions.
  • I hereby authorise the casual berth fees to be debited from the credit card I will provide to Queenscliff Harbour. I also authorise $50 to be charged upon failure to return any security fobs issued. Cancellations received by Queenscliff Harbour 48 hrs prior to arrival (7 days during peak seasons) shall not be subject to any penalties. Should a cancellation be received within these times then a single night berth rate charge will be applied Visitor Berth Rates.
